All orders placed prior to 2 PM (the time zone from which the order is placed) will ship the same day for next day delivery. All orders will be shipped UPS and must not be routed to a post office box. Upon request, CDS Office Products can ship using other freight companies to ensure that your delivery is prompt and problem-free. Call CDS Office Products (800) 303-2489 with special delivery requests, and we will do our best to assemble a logistics package to match your needs. ReturnsIf you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full credit within 30 days of your purchase. After 30 days, a restocking fee will apply. All returns must be in their original packaging, unless the item is defective. A credit will be issued to your next invoice, or we will send you a corrected invoice. A credit memo can be issued upon request. To return an item, send an email to info@cdsop.com or call our office at (800) 303-2489 and request that the item be picked up (or request instructions for customers outside the delivery area). Returns are usually picked up within 24 hours. Special orders cannot be returned.
